Bob Harrell is a burned out homebuilder who is feed up with the banking mess and the foreclosures that have destroyed the entire building industry.  The banks caused this by allowing anyone with a pulse to qualify for a jumbo loan and buy a house.  Now the rest of us are paying dearly as they foreclose on one of our neighbors and then drive the comparable prices of the houses in our neighborhood into the toilet.  Now your house is worth the same price as the one that they just foreclosed on - woopie!

So now I'm out of there, looking at greener pastures, and I'm now teaching people how to find financial freedom and not be dependent on anyone.
